A vibrant meeting of strings and cultures, our Winter Strings concert journeys across continents and styles. From the warmth of Americana to the rhythmic vitality of Brazil, and the evocative colours of Afghan traditions, the program weaves a rich musical tapestry. It also features Intermezzo Capriccioso, a piece in the Italian classical style and Australian composer, Richard Charlton’s delightful suite Chronicles of a River City.
