Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We love it when people dress up, and trust us, you will be the odd one out if you’re not! Don’t worry if you’ve left it too late, we might have some items available for purchase at the gift shop.

Neat and tidy club dress standards apply at all times, including enclosed footwear- no thongs with your lederhosen!

DO YOU HAVE EFTPOS?

Yes! EFTPOS facilities are available at all bars, the restaurant, gift shop and the shooting gallery.

WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

Tickets go on sale on the 1st of August for our members every year. For non-members sales will begin on 8th August. Tickets sell out fast so get yours early!

Need a reminder? Sign up to our mailing list.

I HAVE SPARE TICKETS!

Our Terms and Conditions are on the tickets you bought, including our refund policy. If all fails, just bring them with you on the evening and leave them at the door and we can try to sell them for you.

I’VE LOST MY HAT/WALLET/PHONE/SHOES!

Please contact the club office with a description of your lost item and we will help to reunite you.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BEERSTEIN?

No. Liquor laws in Western Australia are strict about standard pours and so are we. Please leave your beloved stein at home.

I DON’T LIKE BEER. WHAT ELSE IS THERE?

The bar is fully stocked with a variety of wines, cider, soft drinks, schnapps and spirits. You really should try some beer though, you may just not like Australian beer. German beer is better.

I CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS!

Your tickets would have been emailed to you at the time of booking (from Trybooking) – check your junk mail for an email from the ticket provider (not the club). If that fails, please contact the office.

ARE THERE ANY TICKETS LEFT?

The event ticket page (booking button above) will tell you know if there are any tickets available for the night you are interested in.

CAN I JUST VISIT THE CLUB, I DON’T WANT TO COME TO OKTOBERFEST?

The Oktoberfest event is on every Friday and Saturday night of October and takes up the whole venue, so to visit the club on those days you must purchase a ticket.  The Club will also be open on Wednesday and Thursday evenings  for normal dinner during October.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Oktoberfest Friday and Saturday nights are 18+. We do have a family day on  Sunday 2 November with fun and games for all ages – dress them up and bring them to that!
