In the meantime, group activities can resume as normal from Sunday the 7th of June as the limit of people per venue has increased to 100, and in our case, as we have separate areas, we can have as many as 300! but still limited to 100 per area.
Please remember, although the Social Distancing rules have been relaxed, the group hygiene practices and attendance sheets which were put in place in the previous phase will need to continue.

2020 AGM IS POSTPONED
May 5, 2020
Dear members, unfortunately the AGM which was scheduled for the 24th of May will need to be postponed due to the ongoing restrictions imposed on us by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The WA Government has thanked the community for taking restrictions seriously and playing their part in keeping WA infection rates low. They are continuously revising the restrictions and the Club’s Committee will be closely monitoring any easing of restrictions to determine when we can safely open our doors again. This will also determine when we can hold our AGM.
Until this happens, the Committee members have agreed to stay on and manage the club in these uncertain times.
This is also an opportunity for everyone to think about how you can contribute to the future of our Club by becoming a member of the Committee. When the time comes, all positions on the Committee will be open for nomination. Nomination forms will be made available once a new AGM date is set. Role descriptions for each position are available from the office via email, or you can get in touch with existing Committee members for more information. (Details of Committee members can be found here). All Ordinary members are eligible to be nominated and eligible to vote.
